Jammu & Kashmir is the most loveliest destination for tourism in India!

Beauty of jammu & kashmir cannot be described through words. It appeals us through its magical and breathless beauty.

This state situated in the northern most part posseses zillions of wonderful destinations where one could visit.

The most visited place of this state is Vaishnodevi in Jammu .

Don’t you know why? It is the most worshipped pilgrim of India.

For thousands of Indians , it is a dream place to take blessings of Vaishnodevi.

Vaishno Devi- Heart of Jammu & kashmir

It is one of the beautiful places situated in the folds of three peaked mountain trikuta , 12 km away from katra.

Actually holy pilgrim destination is a place to millions visitors across the country.

To reach Vaishno Devi, one has to first either reach Jammu by any means , usually we prefer train!

Then we reach Katra from where our actual journey starts.There we can listen devotees shouting “jai mata di”,”chalo bulava aya hai” and many more with great enthusiasm and passion.

No one knows what actually exists there which makes us feel enlightened but it gives us positivity and strength.

whole shrine include a variety of spots like hathi matthha , sanchi chatt, ardhkuari and many more.

The most wonderful and remarkable experience is the photo session i.e dressed up like a kashmeeri.

Dal Lake

Dal Lake in srinagar is a paradise. This place is famous for its beautiful shikaras. Not only it adds beauty to Jammu & kashmir but also freshness. It is named as “srinagar’s jewel”.

Truly worth visiting in winters when whole lake freezes.

Leh

Due to the location of Leh i.e  434  kms from srinagar,it invites adventure enthusiasts.

It’s scenery is breathtaking . This beautiful and magestic place is often called the “land of queer beauty and sheer adventure”

Trekking and mountain biking gives thrilling experience that one should not miss!

along with that you can visit monasteries with himalayan panorama.

Patnitop

Located on a hilltop at an altitude of 2024m, Patnitop offers overwhelming view of the Shivalik Range.

For people who want to some quality time contemplating the marvels of nature, Patnitop is just right for them.

Enjoy trekking at Shivgarh and paragliding, abseiling (rappelling), rock climbing and camping at Sanasar.

At a little distance from Patnitop, there is a village called Kud that is famed for vivid varieties of sweets, make sure

that you try some of it and take it back home as a memoir of Patnitop.

Anantnag

It is an out of the world place!

It seems absolutely to call it  “paradise of paradise”.

Anantnag has some of the most picturesque towns of the valley of Kashmir among which faling of snow is the best!

Kokernag, Pahalgam, Verinag and Daksum are few places that adds feather to the cap of Jammu & Kashmir tourism.

Pahalgam

 What a refreshing spot!

Pahalgam is indeed one of the best places of jammu & kashmir and it would be best if visited in winter!

The base camp for Amarnath yatra is Chandanwari near to pahalgam approximately 16 km away ,a trekking route

of approximately 30kms lead up to the holy shrine of Amarnath from here.

Sonmarg

It is kingdom of mesmerizing beauty!

Needless to say that without a visit to Sonmarg, a trip to Jammu & Kashmir would be incomplete.

Blessed with unmatched landscape, Sonmarg seems to be an extravagant visual treat.

Baltal  is located 15kms away from Sonmarg and used as the base camp for pious Amarnath Yatra.

Do not miss out on the opportunity to visit Zojila Pass!

It is situated near Sonmarg that connects Kashmir & ladakh.
